Kinross-shire Winter Festival

November and December in Kinross-shire is bursting with music, family activities, local talent and community spirit. The annual Winter Festival brings together community groups, local businesses and Kinross-shire Local Events Organisation (KLEO) to present a wealth of events for all tastes.

What's happening this year

KLEO (Kinross-shire Local Events Organisation) has produced a wonderful programme again. Like other years we have two wonderful concerts (Dougie MacLean on 8 December and Siobhan Miller on 17 November), author events as part of Bookweek Scotland (Bernard MacLaverty and S.G. Light Up Kinross will turn on the Chrismas lights onThursday 23 November at 6pm at Green's car park.
The Festive Market will this year take place on Saturday 25 November from 10am to 3pm at the Market Park.
