“Let’s Sing!”  

An informal singing group for people with dementia and their carer(s).

When?    Sunday 8 March 2026   2.30 (cuppa and a blether)– 3pm (singing until 4pm)

Who is the group for?
It is for people with dementia who enjoy singing and who are accompanied by their carer(s).

What is our aim?
We aim to encourage a feel-good factor for everyone. We are not a choir and the emphasis is on enjoyment.

What happens?  
We meet for tea and a chat and an opportunity to make new friends. Then we sing some well-known songs together for about 45 minutes. We have singing leaders and accompanists and all the words are projected on to a screen.

How much does it cost?
There is no charge but a small donation towards refreshments is welcomed.
