The weather conditions were not great bit the Winter Festival Street Market and Light Up Kinross event all went ahead on Saturday 28 November. More than 70 stalls attended the event and despite the weather a lot of people came out to support the event and all the activities. 
There were performances of Longstay, Kindred Spirit, Loch Leven Ukulele Group,  Leven Voices, Joey Lawrence & The Hypocrites, GillyShack and Phonic Tonic.
The Light Up Kinross parade was lead by Kinross & District Pipe Band and Gordon Smart turned on the lights at 7pm!!
