Janis Mackay, award-winning children’s novelist and storyteller, and creative writing tutor at the University of Edinburgh, will facilitate a writer’s workshop entitled ‘Mining Sense Memory’. Participants will be invited to remember things such as the sounds and smells of their childhood, and transform these into a piece of writing.
