Whats new with KLEO?

22 May 09 The Feel Good Fair was well received and there was a good attendance. It's a pity it rained at 3pm, but there you go that's Scotland for you. Planning is moving rapidly forward on the Gazebo Gathering in September. watch this space.

17th February 09 We begin our year by providing entertainment for the Loch Leven Half Marathon organised and staged annually by the Kinross Road Runners. The Half Marathon will take place on Saturday the 16th of May begining in Kinross at 1pm. We welcome everyones support!

As The Summer's End Market is just round the corner i have added the details of the event on here:

Main Activities Through out the Night

In marquees:

  • 16.00-19.00: variety of stalls (listed below)
  • 16.00-19.00: Halloween Kids activities (includes face painting)
  • 16.15-16.30: pupils High School Performance (Chamber Group and Nick
  • Lauener on Keyboard)
  • 17.30-19.00/20.00: Handle with Care (two person band)
  • 20.00 onwards: Ceilidh with Haggis Neeps and Tatties, tickets can be bought from Sporting Chance, High Street, Kinross

Bonfire:

  • 17.00: Light bonfire/accompanied by bagpipes and a speech by Kathleen Baird
  • 17.30-17.45: Helen O Grady drama Group
  • 18.00: Fancy dress and lantern parade win a prize for the best fancy dress.
  • 18.20: ghost story

Field:

  • 16.00-19.00: Streetfootball
  • 16.00-19.00: Webproject

We also plan to have hot food and warming drinks sold around the bonfire.
Entrance is free but we appreciate a donation, suggested donations are £1 and you will receive a free glow stick for your wrist
