Terms and Conditions

PLEASE NOTE THAT PURCHASE OF THIS TICKET SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING:

Purchase of this ticket and entry to the venue shall be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

A copy of all statements, directives and the full set of Terms & Conditions can be obtained by writing to the promoter KLEO, an unincorporated Company, based at 8 Highfield Circle, Kinross, KY13 8RZ

  • The festival arena is licensed, and consequently no bottles, cans or other drinks containers can be allowed into the arena, with the exception of unopened plastic bottles or empty plastic bottles.
  • The following rules will apply
    • No Dogs permitted (except registered blind dogs)
    • No BBQ's
    • No Fireworks
    • No Offensive Weapons
    • No Candles
    • No Glass
    • No Tins / Cans
    • No Knives
    • Picnics will be allowed
    • Chairs and other camping equipment will be allowed
    • Gazebos will be permitted with a ticket
    • Security will ask customers if they have any of the above on showing their wrist bands, if they have they will be asked to return the items to their cars.
    • There will be a random search policy.
  • There is a non smoking policy within the marquees. Any person not adhering to such a polivy may be refused entry or ejected from the venue wthout a refund.
  • Children 15 and under must be signed in by a person aged 21 or over who must accompany them at all times and take full responsibility for them.
  • Parking is subject to availability. Routes to car parks will be sign posted at the venue.
  • The promoter will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the venue except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from the promoter's negligence or where there is any loss or damage to the personal property of the ticketholder at the venue, and this is caused by the negligence of the promoter. In the case of damage to the ticketholder's property caused by the promoter's negligence, the promoter's liability shall be limited to the reasonable cost of either repairing or replacing such property subject to fair wear and tear.
  • Ticket holders are advised to check their tickets upon receipt. The ticket is valid for the admission of one person only. If any part of the ticket is removed it may invalidate the ticket, and any person thought reasonably to have a fraudulent or counterfeit ticket will be refused entry to the venue without a refund. This ticket is non-transferable and cannot be re-sold for profit.
  • Tickets are issued subject to the promoter's right to alter or vary the event.
  • Ticketholders and/or their property may be subject to search by security staff at any time while on site.
  • Ticketholders may be refused entry or ejected from the venue without refund in certain circumstances.
  • All ticket holders consent to any official filming and sound recording as members of the audience and to the use, reproduction, storage and broadcasting of such films and recordings (including any copies made) by the promoter.
  • The use of professional-type cameras and recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • Any lost or damaged tickets will NOT be replaced in ANY circumstances.
  • Tickets and wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances
  • For Security reasons vehicles may be subject to search before entry to car parks. Access to the event may be refused if there is evidence of car park rules or festival conditions being broken.
  • The ticketholder shall carefully read these Terms and Conditions and observe them.
  • Be prepared for all weather conditions and bring appropriate clothing.
  • Warning - Exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
  • PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY - KLEO will use their best endeavours to present the bill as advertised, the line up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Artists do sometimes cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Should one or more artists be cancelled, the event will go ahead as normal. Please be aware that refunds will not be given in these circumstances. No money will be refunded or exchanged, unless the event is completely cancelled, when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of dispute.
